DIY Bottle Nebula

 Een sprankelende magie in een flesje. De Bottle Nebula! Magic in a bottle... The Bottle Nebula!
Wat heb je nodig?/What are you going to need? :
- Een (Starbucks) glazen flesje (Starbucks) glass bottle
- Acrylverf Acrylic paint
- Bakje/bekertje Container/cup
- Stokje Stick
- Wol Wool
Ik heb een sneeuwkleed gebruikt, het geeft hetzelfde effect als wol. Trek kleine stukjes eraf, net zo groot als een klein balletje. En daarna duw je met het stokje (in dit geval eetstokjes) het wol naar het bodem toe.
I've used a snowblanket, works aswell. It gives the same effect like wool. Pull small little pieced of your wool, as big as a small ball, and push it with your stick (in this case chopsticks) to the bottom.
Kies nu een kleur die je wilt en je hebt maar een klein beetje nodig! Meng dit met water in je bekertje of bakje. Ik heb dit niet genoemd maar je hebt nog een andere beker nodig. Je wilt het gemixte water met verf nu in een andere bekertje voorzichtig gieten totdat alle stukjes verf die niet opgelost is, in het 'witte' bakje laten. In mijn glas zit dus nu gemixte water zonder stukjes. In mijn gootsteen zie je nu alle verfstukjes. Als je dit niet weg haalt, dan krijg je de kans dat dit naar het bodem zakt.
Choose a colour that you want, you only need a little bit! Mix this with water in your container or cup. I didn't mentioned this, but you need an another cup. You need to 'filter' the mixted water, there is paintchunks that isn't resolved. What you want to do is, pour the water into an another cup really slowly. If you're doing it right you will see paintchunks with some water left. You can see this is my sink, the paintchunks.
Ik heb op het laatste moment besloten om naar een andere kleur te gaan, paars. Je wilt het nu in je flesje gieten op het wol. Als je 3 kleurtjes gebruikt, giet dan 1 kleur 1/3 deel van het flesje. Druk nu nog meer wol in het flesje maar laat dit op het mengsel 'rusten'. Je wilt een andere kleur erop gieten.
I chose on the last moment for an another colour, purple. You need to pour the mixed water into the bottle, on the wool. If you use 3 colours, pour it 1/3 of the bottle. Push now more wool into the bottle and let it 'rest' on the water. You want to pour your next colour on it.
Giet het er voorzichtig op. Nu wil je met je stokje het wol een beetje naar binnen duwen, zodat de kleuren een beetje mengen. Let op, duw het maar een klein stukje terug, zodat het kleur niet gaat overheersen. Daarna doe je hetzelfde principe, wol erin, verf met water mengen, erop gieten en een beetje laten mengen. Ik heb rood als laatste laag gebruikt.
Pour it carefully on the wool. Now you want to push with your stick carefully to the inside, so the colours will get mixed. Attention, push it a tiny little bit back,or 1 colour will dominate the rest! Now you want to do it the same as above. Put wool in it, mix paint with water, pour it into it, and a push it back a little bit so it will mix. I used red as the last layer.
En dit krijg je dan! (rechts). De linkse heb ik al eerder gemaakt. Van donker naar lichtblauw. Ik heb zo slim genoeg om niet na te denken welke kleur ik gebruik, en dat rood en blauw samen paars word. Oeps! Faal haha! Nu is het bijna overal paars. Maar geen zorgen! Je kunt het altijd nog overnieuw doen!
And this is what you get!(right one). I made the left before. From dark to lightblue. I wasn't that smart enough to think that red and blue mixed together is purple, oops! Fail haha! It is almost everywhere purple. But no worries! You can always do it again!
Na een paar dagen krijg je dit : een laag op de bodem. Dit komt door het gezakte verf waar ik het over had. Er is altijd nog wat stukjes in het verf. Als je dit echt wilt voorkomen kun je dit filteren door een zeef.
You get this after a few days : a layer on the bottom. The reason of this is the paintchunks that sinks to the bottom. If you really don't want this you can always pour the mixed water through a sieve
Dit was mijn eerste die ik heb gemaakt. Rood, paars en blauw. Door te spelen met een Instagram filter is het wat magischer geworden, het originele staat helemaal bovenaan van dit blogpost!
This was the first one I made. Red, purple and blue. I played with Instagram filters, so it is more magical. The original is on the top of this blogpost!
